MEET LILI

Lili Stiefel is a coach, facilitator, entrepreneur, and artist whose work explores leadership, creativity, identity, and human development.

Her multidisciplinary background bridges theater, business,

coaching, and community

building, supporting individuals and organizations through periods of transition, reinvention, and expansion.

As the founder of Experimental Studio, The Mixed Space, and

Soulwork Collection, Lili has designed coaching programs, facilitated workshops, built global communities, and developed tools that help people strengthen self-awareness, deepen connection, and take purposeful action.

Originally trained in theater directing and acting, with a Bachelor's Degree in Dramatic Arts and a Master's Degree in Management & Entrepreneurship

from The New School in New York City, she brings a unique blend of creativity, systems thinking, and human-centered leadership to her work.

Having lived, studied, and worked across North America, Europe, and West Africa, Lili brings a global perspective that helps her navigate diverse cultures, experiences, and ways of thinking.
